Stanley's 2010 in pictures part 2

In the end of spring we tried to spend some time at the marina in Hägersten to play and make sure Stanley enjoyed the enviroment... He love's to run on the bridges!

We have a lot to do and here our friends help us to clean up around the barn

We also decided to take the ferry to show our friend from Gothenbourg where the queen and the king of Sweden lives. This was rightly after the Royal Wedding.

At Drottningholm there is also an island where the dogs may run lose. Here we met Otto the Whippet, and surely they ran

Later during the summer we had to not just stay on the boat, but also go out on the lake Mälaren! Stanley enjoyed the boatride, but got a bit cold during the evening. He doesn't seem bothered by the waves at all.

One day i found myself sharing the bed with a dog...

I brought Stanley to the beach for the first time this summer. When he swam, he used only his front paws. It looked quite rediculus but at least I now know that he actually can swim.

But as you see if you tilt your head, he prefers to stay on the dry. This is my dad and Stanley in the lake.

Sir Stanley wouldn't mind the drivers seat, but when he occasionaly travels by car, he has his private chauffeur.

Just beside our laundry room there is this balcony. Stanley prefers it before doing the laundry. At least in summertime.

Stanley has taken his keeper inline-skating. He actually looks quite surprised that she is as fast him when she is on wheels. Excuse the four shaky videos, but they are all so short and I didn't know which one I should post, so I display them all:

I have realized that I am short on pictures from the fall of 2010. One of the reasons is that my camera is (and has been for a long time) on reparation and I haven't transfered any pic's from my cell phone. I might come up with some more pictures later.

Anyhow me and Stanley has mainly been in Stockholm during the fall, doing the average things like playing in the exercise yard etc. Not much to say actually.

For Christmas this year we went to Jämtland to the hotel of Trillevallen, where Stanley actually was welcome. It was -30 degrees (celsius) outside which made us stay inside most of the time. I had to give Stanley a fat cream containing tar on his paws every time we went outside. I'm afraid he was a bit bored to be inside all days, but it was at least for a very limited time. We others enjoyed a sparkeling white Christmas.
